The square is named after the church of St. Mary of the People, where there are many extraordinary art works, among which two paintings by Caravaggio and a chapel designed by Raffaello and Bernini.<\/p>\n<p>From here we\u2019ll walk along the left arm of the Trident, formed by via di Ripetta, via del Corso and via del Babuino, and we\u2019ll get to piazza di Spagna in order to enjoy the Barcaccia Fountain and the famous staircase leading up to the church of Trinit\u00e0 dei Monti.<\/p>\n<p>The next stop is the Trevi Fountain, monumental arrival point of an ancient Roman aqueduct.
